Director: Robert Fuest
That abominable Dr. Phibes rises again, but he's got a new goal this time. In the first Dr. Phibes movie, Vincent Price's character spends all his time exacting revenge against the ones responsible for his wife's death. Continuing with his creative and bizarre killings, he takes out anyone who gets in his way of bringing his wife back to life. But didn't he fill himself up with embalming fluid at the end of the first one? By simply reversing the process, he's alive again! Makes sense, but how the hell did Vulnavia come back? And more importantly, why isn't she as good looking as the original Vulnavia? In general, this one just wasn't quite as good as the first Dr. Phibes – but it was close. Both Phibes movies are classics.
