Review: Ju-on
Director: Takashi Shimizu
The original Japanese version to the just released American film "The Grudge". I can't compare the two, because I haven't seen the americanized version yet, but this one was pretty good. I was anticipating a lot from this movie, expecting more of what I got from the japanese version of The Ring (Ringu). There were some pretty good gore effets, but the story is jumpy and choppy. Not to mention that the movie is only and hour and 10 minutes long.
I am very big into Japanese horror/gore movies, and this just does not deliver either...
