Review: The Crazies

Here's a Romero movie that feels like an off-shoot of the Dead trilogy. The theme is a military-made disease infects a town and the military comes in to quarantine. This disease makes people go crazy. It's great, the characters in this movie are full of hate, people just killing the fuck out of other people. 28 Days Later seems almost like an unofficial sequel - same plot, same anger.
