The Devil's Rejects Review

Review: The Devil's Rejects

Director: Rob Zombie

Although this film lacked the same pizzaz and breath of fresh cinematic air that the first one had, The Devil's Rejects leaves a very bloody and satisfying taste in your mouth as the credits begin to roll.
Set (presumably) a short time after it's predicesor House of 1000 Corpses, the story follows that of the Firefly Clan, coined "The Devil's Rejects" after a cursory search of their house turns up 75 murder cases found in the forms of pictures, bones, limbs, or the bodies themselves scattered throughout (and under) the house.
The movie doesn't have that same 70's rock n' roll horror flick feel that House gave us, nor the obligatory graphic violence - but it makes up for it with a fair amount of blood, torture, and sex.
A good slasher/torture/horror/sick fest for the whole family to enjoy!
