READ THE JAPANESE VERSION REVIEW FIRST FOR THE PLOT OUTLINE...
This movie sucks. Plain and simple. The movie tries so hard to follow along with the Japanese version, even going so far as to set up shots in the exact same manner. But it has completely lost all of it\'s charm and darkness by being Americanized. They even brought in some of the same cast and crew, and it still lacks.
It was cool at first, The Ring was a great remake of an already great movie...but this is overkill and they have ruined it.
