Review: The Ring 2 (Japanese Version)

Taking place 6 months after the first film ended, our main characters have tried to escape their past by movie to a new place to start fresh.
Mai is trying to uncover the truth about her boyfriend's death, when she starts noticing that her step-son is displaying powers that Sadako (Samara in the American versions) had...and she thinks that Sadako is out there trying to kill them. She must hide herself and her step-son from being killed after they watch the mysterious tape that will supposedly kill them 7 days after the watch it.
This version is a lot better than the American, and the plot is (roughly) the same, although it has been dumbed down a lot in the other version for American audiences. Read my review of that one also, to hear what I think about that one...
